This mini MBA training provides participants with the strong business and management skills required for entrepreneurship. It goes beyond the normal SME training, by combining a condensed MBA core curriculum with proven entrepreneurship training and experience. Business success/failure often depends on the ability to create logical plans, mitigate risk, reduce mistakes and build a strong support system. The Business Improvement skills resulting from this program will enable delegates to do their mini project, by creating an Actionable Business Plan, and make a presentation to an ‘Investor’ panel.
